You earn 25% of the amount your referral is invoiced for their plan each month, for 12 months. Commission is calculated on the plan line of their monthly invoice, not on the plan list price and not on the rest of the invoice, and it is rounded down to a whole unit.
Each month unlocks one calendar month after the invoice it came from, so an invoice dated January 31 unlocks on February 28. You can then cash out to PayPal in euros (minimum 50) or apply the balance as account credit in your billing currency (minimum 5). Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days.

No. A referral is only credited when a brand new account is created through your link. Someone who already has an account is never credited, even if they use your link. A referral is also rejected if the WhatsApp number was already used by another account in the past year.
